The Manager, Strategic Sales will work closely with all functions within the RQI team. The person will be accountable for the identification, management, closing and monitoring of “Strategic Accounts”. In addition, directly accountable for liaison with Learning Management System (LMS) provider organizations within the sales function.
- Strategic Accounts – Implements strategy for corporate strategic accounts and achieves business sales quota.
- Build Powerful Partnerships - Develop strong relationships with AHA Affiliate staff.
- LMS Providers – Works closely with Learning Management Systems (LMS) as a channel to deliver AHA/Laerdal Alliance content.
- Product Launches - Support the development, launches, and prospective customer readiness/awareness of newly developed and enhanced RQI related portfolio solutions.
- System Level Management - Maintain customer success to drive expansions renewals and adoption of new solutions.
- Customer Advocacy - Build customer advocates to work on hospital enrollment, change management, utilization optimization and analytics support.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and effectively implement operations of the Strategic Accounts.
- Participate in face to face contact with local medical opinion leaders, field leaders and key customer exchanges, seeking critical strategic issues and translating those issues into tactical implementation.
- Project Management and successful launch within defined strategic accounts.
- Implement Deployment, adoption and customer engagement plans.
- Monthly updates/funnel provided to RQI Strategic Account Manager on opportunities within “Strategic Accounts”.
- Maintenance of relevant customer/account records in adopted CRM system.
- Support the continued development of effective User and technical support materials for RQI.
- Active feedback to Product Management of product, market and customer issues.
- Strategic Sales Experience – At least three (3) years of experience with successfully meeting strategic sales goals and quota
- Track record of effectively handling complex and demanding projects
- Clear and robust verbal and written communication skills demonstrated by past performance

- Strong Program and Solution Competence – In depth understanding of solutions and always having a strong sense of curiosity to want to learn more.

- Communication & Collaboration – effectively communicate with all necessary departments to understand workflow of information coming/going to customer; gather all necessary information required for successful delivery and close collaboration all RQI teams;
- Structured and independent work – Be able to work independently as well as part of a team to break down tasks and activities with clearly defined goals that are attainable.
- Travel required 80% local and overnight stay
