The American Heart Association (AHA) has an excellent opportunity for a Sr Manager Experiential Marketing & Operations at our office located in Dallas, TX.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and directing strategic and execution plans for Portfolio and AHA brand experiential marketing needs while being the key day-to-day client contact and maintaining a highly responsive service orientation in all interactions. Responsible for working within the organization, to support the strategic Portfolio brand initiatives that drive an enhanced consumer experience while elevating and expanding the value proposition.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop high-level strategy and approach for IPAD's experiential marketing efforts.
- Develop, track and oversee budget throughout program/campaign planning and execution.
- Build project timelines with input from across Portfolio teams. Track and report on projects from start to finish.
- Evaluate and report on ROI of all marketing programs and campaigns.
- Write Requests for Proposal (RFP) for new or existing vendors, master agreements and scope of work documents for development of campaign materials and execution of event(s).
- Manage and facilitate cross-functional team meetings and ensure participants follow through on responsibilities.
- Provide recommendations for improved processes and efficient workflow. Lead implementation of new processes as needed.
- Work closely with multiple departments including Communications, Corporate Relations, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Communications, or related area
Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 8 Eight years of experience in vendor management, contract delivery and scope of work development
- Project management experience including budget oversight
- Experience with experiential marketing from community programming through national events
- Experience reporting on ROI and marketing campaign analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for various settings: vendors, sponsors, internal groups, and presentation writing
- Ability to deal with shifting priorities, and to remain calm during hectic or heavy workload periods

- Experience building large scale, national marketing programs, including strategic planning, financial management, and publicity and promotion management
- Ability to self-direct daily activities and set priorities
