The American Heart Association (AHA) has an excellent opportunity for a CRM Analyst at our office located in Dallas, TX.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting initiatives to personalize the customer experience across digital touch points within the customer journey. Responsible for the set-up, testing, and execution of audience segmentation and targeting with the real-time decision engine. Responsible for driving incrementality through enhancing customer engagement and experience.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Reviews marketing and customer data for insights, trends, and key observations.
- Solves problems by thinking through approaches to the data or analysis. Develops working knowledge of key analytical competencies.
- Supporting continual analysis and creative solutions for improvement of design, process or technical challenges related to Personalization projects.
- Delivers impactful analyses of assigned projects with high quality, on time.
- Applies knowledge of segmentation and targeting concepts from a marketing and/or data-driven lens.
- Participates as a collaborative team member, holding himself/herself and the team accountable for the work.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Marketing Research, Advertising, related area or equivalent work experience
Skills/Experience:
- Four (4) years of experience in customer relationship applied analytics
- Two (2) years of experience in marketing analysis such as market segmentation, predictive analytics, digital analytics, measurement, business intelligence, and/or market research
- Basic knowledge of analysis techniques Effective communication skills
- Proficient with SQL and SAS Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
