We have an excellent opportunity for an Associate Director, Data with our Heart Walk team in our Dallas Division office located in Irving, TX. Areas of Responsibility:
- Serves as the lead on all sponsorship agreements, vendor contracts, vendor payments and event reconciliation for Heart Walk.
- Analyzes financial (revenue and expenses) and donor data to provide insight to the Senior Leadership Team on trends within the department.
- Serves as the lead to reconcile information for weekly and/or daily reporting.
- Ensure data is inputted into the correct database in a timely manner and manage data integrity in accordance to AHA policies.
- Oversee the management of the campaign websites.
- Fundraise for the mission of AHA; a minimum of $50K annually.
- May provide support in preparation of meetings or office events including material preparation, presentation services, invitation/RSVP management, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred. College coursework combined with related experience may be substituted for a degree.
Skills/Experience:
- Related experience may be substituted as follows: 1 ½ years ’ experience equates to 1 full time year of higher education.
- 2+ years of experience in project management and/or finance.
- Organizing, communicating, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
- Results driven with the ability to multi task, prioritize, self-start and work collaboratively with a team.
- Willing and able to travel within the assigned local territory approximately 25% of the time.
- Ability to lift at least 20 lbs. from the ground to waist level with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office used for word processing, email, presentations, and extensive spreadsheets.
