The American Heart Association (AHA) has an excellent opportunity for a Application Analyst, Share Point in our office located in Dallas, TX.

The SharePoint Analyst’s primary role is to provide end-user support for both the Office 365 SharePoint Online and On-Premise environment which includes the SharePoint Intranet, SharePoint Extranet, and custom solutions. A strong understanding of SharePoint and its capabilities is required to support end-users and troubleshoot SharePoint solutions. The SharePoint Analyst will assist with project work as needed.

The SharePoint Analyst will be expected to work independently and as a project team member. They will be required to support business users at all levels within the organization requiring a solid focus on customer support and effective communication skills.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Provides Tier I support for SharePoint environments and solutions to business users
  • Provides Tier II support for SharePoint environments and solutions to business users
  • Provides Tier III support for SharePoint environments and solutions to business users
  • Trains business users on existing, new, or updated SharePoint features
  • Develops training content/media for business users to promote self-service
  • Assists with project work related to development of sites, design, or solutions
Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems
Skills/Experience: 
  • Minimum two years of experience in the related field
  • Knowledge and understanding of managing SharePoint Site Collections
  • Provide Tier I, II, and III level end-user support to staff with varying technical levels
  • Training end-users and development of training content to promote self-service
  • Participated on project teams with solid understanding of project roles & responsibilities
