The AHA has an excellent opportunity for a Business Analytics Consultant in our National Center office, located in Dallas, TX. This position will be responsible for driving data analytics, business operations and development trends for National Field Development and Health team. The Consultant is responsible for serving as lead on organizational campaign and development analysis and reporting and serving as the subject matter expert on current and future business processes. Responsible for ensuring development operations functions are efficient, effective, innovative and provide quality data. Also, responsible for seeking opportunities for innovation and growth, evaluating future trends and providing research for new business and revenue opportunities.
- Designs, analyzes and manages Association-wide business and development data to identify meaningful trends.
- Provides consultation and recommendations to drive improvements and increased revenue in field and national fundraising strategies.
- Serves as data analytics facilitator between Affiliate development staff and IT staff for queries, reports, and other relationship management tools.
- Researches, identifies and facilitates integration of multiple data sources to create consistent and centralized analyses and reports.
- Serves as lead for centralized revenue sources such as automobile donations, Brick Walk, etc. and owns revenue outcomes, leading innovative approaches to driving growth.
- Provides support for CRM and Data Warehouse implementation for core income streams, including coordinating with Affiliate and business leaders for enhancement requests.
- Manages, supports and implements various field operations special projects.
- Manages and provides leadership regarding special projects, project teams and/or task forces related to Field Operations campaign and analysis.
- Seven (7) years of experience in fundraising or sales and knowledge of sales/fundraising strategies
- Five (5) years of experience in consultation role to peers without reporting relationship
- Four (4) years of experience and intermediate knowledge of Siebel or related customer relationship management system
- Ability to creatively explore new methods for achieving operational goals Ability to develop strategic relationships, navigate corporate cultures and manage group processes
