This position develops and executes integrated marketing and communications strategies to support both mission and revenue priority campaigns, providing the full range of strategic counsel to market leadership and departments.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Conceptualizes, leads and executes market-specific mission and revenue campaigns that drive community relevance with an emphasis on innovative social media, digital marketing and public relations strategies.
- Leads and manages an integrated digital and social presence within an assigned market territory, including social strategy, content creation, and digital promotions to drive lead generation and enhance results.
- Serves as a day-to-day cross-functional marketing communications strategist and lead within an assigned market territory, ensuring the highest levels of effectiveness and customer service.
- Secures earned media placement and develops relationships with top tier media outlets.
Educational Background:
Degree in Communications/PR, Marketing, New Media or related field of study
Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience within the public relations/communications, advertising, or marketing industry
- Experience concepting, delivering and executing digital and social media programs with a demonstrated knowledge of trends and content creation best practices
- Agency experience preferred
- Some travel required on as-needed basis.
