Planned Parenthood of Northern New England (PPNNE) is current seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full time Call Center Associate position based out of our central office in Colchester, VT. The Call Center Associate is the primary point of contact for patients via telephone, setting the stage for a positive and supportive experience with our organization, providing superior customer service to both internal and external customers. 

Areas of Responsibility: 

Essential functions of the position include educating patients on fees & services provided, tracking & reporting feedback regarding the patient experience, scheduling patient appointments and maintaining a thorough knowledge and understanding of PPNNE organization including all reproductive healthcare services. Other abilities include maintaining the average call talk time, call volume and call quality as defined by the call center management. Ideal applicants will have previous call center experience, exceptional customer service and ability to multi-task. 

Educational Background: 
High School diploma plus 1-2 years relevant practical experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired
Skills/Experience: 
  • Commitment to customer service and satisfaction
  • Pleasant telephone demeanor.  Ability to key stroke for up to 5 hr, and sit for up to 7 hr/day.
