To ensure a clean working environment at office, the cleaner will be responsible for performing direct cleaning of the office. The office cleaner will be under the direct supervision of Operations Specialist. The cleaner is expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Areas of Responsibility:
- Clean all offices
- Clean the furniture for all offices and indoor
- Empty trash bins throughout office building
- Clean toilets and sinks every day and supply toilet paper, hand wash and towels
- Ensure safe hygienic conditions in the office and all washrooms
- Monitor the quantities of cleaning supplies to ensure sufficient stock at all times and proper safeguarding of supplies
- Perform other office support tasks, as maybe assigned by the supervisor
Educational Background:
Primary/Middle education or higher
Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of office cleaning experience with international or national organizations in Afghanistan
- Previous relevant experience with USAID is an asset
- Basic knowledge of English Language is preferred
