Responsible for ensuring the successful, accurate and timely execution of digital marketing campaigns across fundraising and digital engagement efforts, including email, search, display, third-party platforms and paid social marketing.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Manage project timelines, schedules and task lists for digital fundraising and engagement efforts
  • Manage digital media trafficking process including creative rotation, urls, tracking codes, etc.
  • Help identify new areas for opportunity within the digital program, to drive incremental revenue for the organization
  • Execute the creation of assigned emails and ensure quality assurance review has been completed prior to deployment.
  • Day to day management of Fundraising donation forms – creating, testing and troubleshooting, collaborating with website and marketing technology teams to identify and resolve issues
  • Keep current with digital marketing trends and help identify new areas for opportunity
  • Assist in pulling reporting and data for campaign efforts and supporting Program Managers in providing actionable insights
  • Support creative development by sourcing photos and assets, developing creative mocks, and resizing as needed. Support production needs (landing pages, emails, etc.) when appropriate.
  • Provide relationship management support for Third Party partners, including Feeding America profile maintenance, finance and operational set-up, campaign messaging, and reporting.
  • Serve as the department’s point person for creative review and integration across teams. Own and facilitate creative reviews with leadership with the internal review team.
  • Assist in handling and scheduling set-up for department wide and partner meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Educational Background: 
BA/BS or relevant experience.
Skills/Experience: 
  • 1 year professional experience in an office environment.  Project management, and digital marketing exposure is a plus.

  • Maintain a growth mindset and be willing to proactively assist with duties and collaborate across teams
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Analytical skills and strong attention to details.
  • High degree of professionalism, flexibility and initiative.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and an eye for detail when proofreading.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications; Basic Photoshop skills preferred.
  • Exposure to digital technology platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) a plus
  • Keen interest in digital marketing strategy across both creative and data perspectives
