Serve as benefit program analyst under minimal supervision. Perform plan management, vendor management, client services, research & analysis, and ongoing administration & processing functions

- ACS Employees (active, terminated, & retired)
- Regional Talent Strategy/HR Team
- ACS Support Functions (Finance, Shared Service, Legal, Payroll, IT, Talent Strategy)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan Management:
- Maintain plan documentation & communicate to employee and plan administrators as needed
- Develop, improve and maintain standard operating processes in accordance with team standards
- Act as a subject matter expert in support of appropriate benefit program delivery
- Assist with retiree medical annual enrollment & communications
Vendor Management
- Daily collaboration with vendors (plan administrators) and external benefit consultants
- Participate in program analysis discussions with plan administrators to ensure proper delivery of plan requirements and service quality standards
- Primary contact for past plan administrators in support of participant requests and basic plan questions.
- Collaborate with plan administrators to analysis & resolve participant issues in accordance with plan requirements and best practice
Client Services:
- Primary contact for staff and retiree questions & subject matter expert for the DC, DB and retiree medical plans
- Manage delivery of retirement educational offerings (e.g. webinars to educate staff on retirement plans, reviewing and forwarding retirement related brochures to plan participants, etc.)
- Directly resolve participant issues via appropriate communication paths
- Counsel and educate participants regarding benefit programs and plan administrator processes
- Maintains the retirement benefits postings to the company intranet
- Manage the Retirement Benefits mailbox and related communications
Research & Analysis:
- Research benefit issues and formulate resolutions by applying best practices and plan knowledge
- Research and analyze data files in support of required plan testing, valuations and audits
- Design and development reports in the support of vendor, client and administration processes
Administration & Processing:
- Review and approve distribution requests from all DC plan administrators
- Assist in ongoing management of the retiree medical program and the annual enrollment process
- Manage the following retiree medical processes: pension & direct billing, life insurance claims, plan enrollment & data management (medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, RHRA), ongoing communications, annual enrollment election processing, etc.
- Manage invoicing for various benefit programs
- Assist with the management of the Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) process
- Coordinates required & targeted participant mailings
- 1 to 3 years of benefit program administration experience (preferred)
