Administrative Associate - Healthcare Quality Improvement

We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Associate based in our Chicagooffice. The Administrative Associate will provide support to staff who implement and manage healthcare quality improvement programs across four states.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Oversee report generation and recordkeeping, including the collection of data.
  • Assist staff in handling relationship management with healthcare partners, including form letter and email correspondence.
  • Handle financial tasks, including paying invoices, tracking expenses, and processing donations.
  • Plan and execute the logistics for meetings and events including assisting with the event accreditation process, speaker requests, and exhibitor agreements.
  • Develop and/or order department materials.
  • Assist staff with calendar management, including scheduling meetings, conference calls and webinars and managing RSVPs.
Educational Background: 
Must have earned a high school diploma or GED. College degree a plus.
Skills/Experience: 
  • 1+ years of related administrative experience .
  • Must have at least intermediate knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office 2010 or higher used for word processing, email, presentations, and spreadsheets. Advanced knowledge and skill with these programs is preferred. These skills are subject to testing.
  • Knowledge of and skill in report preparation, proofreading and attention to detail.
  • Experience and skill in using a database management system.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects.
  • Must have the ability to lift at least 20lbs from the ground to waist level with or without reasonable accommodation
