The Role
The Account Support Coordinator will have a key role in ensuring our DPP Sales Team is successful in its efforts. You will bridge the work between sales and marketing, and help to develop and execute on the systems and habits that will strengthen our sales approach and efficacy.
You will support the Sales Team through strong project management skills through:
- Ensuring execution against our marketing strategy
- Coordinating external presentations led by the DPP team
- Finalizing all pitch material to ensure consistency in messaging, and alignment to our overall strategy
- Coordinating/executing submissions for conference proposal/presentations in support of building the OneGoal brand
You will support strong internal and external communication through:
- Communication with our Marketing + Communications team to effectively project manage our Go-To-Market strategy
- Outreach to conference organizers to understand speaking, partnership, or sponsorship opportunities
- Collaboration with the full DPP Sales team to understand the needs to effectively sell
- Leading and organizing project management calls with the Managing Director of Growth

- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Lived experience of the Fellows we serve (Preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in sales support role (Highly Preferred)
- Knowledge of the education space with experience supporting sales reps that sell to school districts (Preferred)
- Experience using Salesforce to manage and track sales opportunities (Preferred)
- Comfort with ambiguity and operating in a start-up/growth environment (Required)
