They will have direct contact with homeowners, other members on staff as well as Members of the Construction Committee and Board of Directors of HFHGC. Specific areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to):

Office: Prepare and turn in all construction documentation including Weekly Reports for each house, packing lists, and receipts.
Warehouse: Help keep inventories of materials and supplies, order proper materials for just-in-time use according to the construction schedule. Help manage and maintain tools and equipment including vehicles and trailers. All equipment and tools, including the warehouse space, should be kept organized, clean, in safe, working condition. This includes using and training others to operate tools and equipment in a manner that extends the life/use of it.
Job Sites: The Construction Staff also has the responsibility of helping oversee the safety and well being of all job-sites by establishing safe work practices and standards, insuring the quality of our houses by adhering to local codes and standards and to assure that new construction houses are built to Energy Star Standard. Job-sites should reflect our commitment to good stewardship by keeping sites clean and materials and tools cared for.
