Habitat Charlotte is searching for a talented and committed professional to serve as a New Construction Site Supervisor. This position is responsible for performing and managing others in the performance of tasks directly related to building Habitat project homes, while upholding the standard of partnerships, quality, safety and team participation.
The successful candidate will have a valid driver’s license, personal construction vehicle and experience in construction and construction management. Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills along with the ability to supervise volunteers and other team members is vital to this position. The candidate must meet the following physical requirements: the ability to climb ladders and scaffolding, work and maneuver on high spaces, such as roofs, work in tight confines and crawlspaces, maneuver over uneven ground and lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted. You must be able to pass a drug test and a clean background check is also required.
This is a forty-hour per week full-time position with a Tuesday – Saturday work week that includes a full benefits package.
