Habitat Charlotte is now searching for a Vice President of Construction Operations.

Areas of Responsibility: 

The VP of Construction Operations is responsible for the development and oversight of strategies and processes related to all Construction Operations. This member of the Senior Staff will lead and develop construction staff of 18 (plus 20 AmeriCorps/HabiCorps service members) to ensure production goals are met to serve families in our community. The VP of Construction Operations will also work in partnership with the President/CEO, other Senior Staff and the Board of Directors to ensure efficiency of operations. This position is full-time, with a Tuesday-Saturday work week.

Educational Background: 
Undergraduate Degree
Skills/Experience: 

The successful candidate will have a NC General Contractor License, strategic leadership experience in goal setting, budget management and team direction. CPR/First-Aid certification, OSHA 10-hour and proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required. The successful candidate must pass a drug test and have a clean background check returned.
