Habitat Charlotte is now searching for a Vice President of Construction Operations. The VP of Construction Operations is responsible for the development and oversight of strategies and processes related to all Construction Operations.

Areas of Responsibility: 

This member of the Senior Staff will lead and develop construction staff of 18 (plus 20 AmeriCorps/HabiCorps service members) to ensure production goals are met to serve families in our community. The VP of Construction Operations will also work in partnership with the President/CEO, other Senior Staff and the Board of Directors to ensure efficiency of operations. This position is full-time, with a Tuesday-Saturday work week.

Educational Background: 
Undergraduate Degree
Skills/Experience: 

The successful candidate will have a NC General Contractor License, strategic leadership experience in goal setting, budget management and team direction. CPR/First-Aid certification, OSHA 10-hour and proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required. The successful candidate must pass a drug test and have a clean background check returned.
