Habitat for Humanity Buffalo is in search of a full-time Construction Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This individual will direct and oversee volunteers in all day-to-day on site construction. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: the supervision of all daily construction on individual residential projects; the management of volunteers, homebuyers, subcontractors and support staff on site; safety monitoring, quality control and reporting.
Educational Background:
High School degree or equivalent
Skills/Experience:
- 3 years experience in construction industry
- Working knowledge of current residential code
- Experience working with volunteers
- Experience working with contractors
- Ability to work to a schedule and budget
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse populations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong computer and smart device skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office
