Job Summary
Diaspora Community Services seeks an experienced Social Worker, LMSW - Domestic Violence(DV), Youth advocate who is familiar with Brooklyn DV networks, coalition and public benefits. The position requires working across Diaspora's current programs to identify participants, engage them and implement a robust program that takes into consideration issues of bias, anti-racism and the need for cultural competency.
LMSW, LCSW, LMHC- 5 Years of experience in Case Management, specifically working with diverse (gender, sexual orientation, age) domestic violence (sexual assault, sexual trafficking) survivors and youth, to provide coordinated services at the community based level. Haitian Kreyol speaking highly preferred or bilingual Spanish. Must be able to work flexible hours this includes after hours and weekends.
Salary: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
