Provide case management and person-centered recovery-oriented supportive services for adult psychiatric clients in scatter-site housing program and families in a single-site program in NE Bronx. Responsibilities include conducting regular weekly co-occurring disorders groups and providing information, assessments and referrals in areas related to substance use.

- CASAC certification or
- MSW and one year’s experience working with a MICA population, or
- Bachelor’s degree and three years’ experience working with a MICA population
Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Good computer skills a must.
Physical Requirements & Limitations: Candidates must be able to access areas above first floor of apartment buildings, and must be able to demonstrate proper cleaning and apartment maintenance methods to residents in addressing their activities of daily living.
Salary: Annualized at $42,617.00 plus benefits
Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm; Wednesdays and Fridays, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
