Why Work For Us?:

For more than 60 years, the Jesuit Volunteer Corps has worked to build a more just and hopeful world by placing young leaders in solidarity and service with marginalized communities. This is no small task. Each year, we recruit and support more than 200 volunteers, coordinate with more than 150 partner agencies, and provide meaningful engagement to more than 10,000 alumni and donors.

We rely on passionate and creative professionals to further this mission. Many of our employees are former Jesuit Volunteers, while others are drawn to us as a justice organization at the front lines of social change. Our team is distributed across several states, and we also have some full-time employees who work out of our office in Baltimore. We pray together twice a week and gather monthly to discuss our individual and departmental Anti-racism goals.
