Election Coordinators are the front lines for liberty on YAL endorsed campaigns. Election Coordinators will flood the district through grassroots door knocking. This is NOT A VOLUNTEER POSITION. This is an opportunity to dive head first into the campaign world, serve as a real field staffer, meet lifelong friends, and travel the country.
Each Election Coordinator will deploy for one month to the district. Serving on location and meeting real people every day.
YAL is currently soliciting applicants for the elections in Spring of 2020 and will accept applications from anyone who can serve in the entire 2020 electoral cycle (through November). It's never too early to apply and get on the radar!
All election coordinators are independent contractors tasked with knocking doors to elect principled and viable candidates across the country. Through our sister organization, Make Liberty Win, you will be paired with an independent expenditure team to elect future Ron Pauls to every statehouse in the country.
We provide on the job training, but the following traits are strongly preferred in an applicant:
Good people skills
Prior campaign experience
Experience using i360
Election Coordinators are compensated:
- $2,000+ monthly compensation
- 100% free housing
- Reimbursements for gas
