As the organization enters the process of refreshing the strategic plan, you will have the opportunity to assist Habitat’s leaders in the evaluation of its global strategy. Our ideal candidate is someone who can think analytically and strategically, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position reports to the Strategy Manager and will be a member of the SRT.
- Support the collection, analysis and publication of the annual evaluation of the Habitat for Humanity International global Strategic Plan.
- Provide analytical support to the SRT serving internal clients in the areas of strategy, business planning and change management.
- Support the quarterly review process through the collection of documents and analysis of reports.
- Take on additional projects based on the interests and capacity of the candidate.
- Be a dynamic contributing member of the SRT as its scope changes.
- Must be well-organized, detailed oriented, and able to work well both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to move between strategic thinking and details.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.
- Exceptionally strong writing, design, and editing communications skills.
- Strong interest in non-profit related work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge or experience with strategic planning, business planning and change management.
- International experience.
