Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking an experienced professional to serve as a ReStore Marketing Resources Senior Specialist.
This role is a cross-functional position residing in Marketing, Branding & Publications and working with the ReStore Support group. Primary roles include managing marketing, advertising and branding efforts for the ReStore Support group and ReStore Collaborative program while working closely with various HFHI teams for proper perspective and execution.
Areas of Responsibility:
- With assistance from ReStore Support team and affiliate feedback, plan, create, design and distribute monthly marketing materials, guides and other offerings. These offerings will be used in deliverables for the ReStore Collaborative program as well as national and international ReStore marketing efforts.
- Work with third party vendors and freelancers to produce high quality materials
- Create and design materials for ReStore Support Group, including Annual ReStore Report, program promotional materials, etc.
- Coordinate with ReStore, Marketing and Branding, Digital Communications, and any other relevant departments and/or affiliates on current and future needs for national, regional and local ReStore branding and advertising guidelines, requirements, strategies, needs, etc.
- Working with affiliate feedback and the ReStore team, maintain a relevant and high quality marketing library
- Present ReStore marketing-related classes at live trainings (e.g., ReStore University, Global and Affiliate conferences) and online webinars. Create and refine these classes as needed
- Assist various HFHI departments to maintain Habitat ReStore content on habitat.org to ensure pages fully represent Habitat ReStore to site visitors, answer their questions, and connect them to their local stores
- Other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing or equivalent work experience
Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years of related experience
- Experience working with IT professionals
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of organizational brand standards and ability to ensure creative and messaging developed uphold those standards.
- Strong communication, presentation and writing skills. Highly competent in writing and editing.
- Be a strategic thinker with ability to drive measurable results and manage multiple projects for several key constituencies in a complex environment
- Self-starter with strong self-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some experience with Habitat ReStore
- Social media and web training experience or interest in obtaining these skills
