Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking an experienced professional to serve as a Sr. Specialist - Affiliate Tithe. The Sr. Specialist - Affiliate Tithe will provide data management, analysis and reporting in collaboration with HFHI departments to ensure appropriate donor stewardship and increase in tithe revenue. Specifically, this position will be responsible for increasing revenue for National Organizations with a special focus on aligning affiliate tithe with HFHI priorities as well as the cultivation and stewardship of a portfolio of approximately 100 affiliates. Reporting to the Director - Affiliate Tithe & Global Engagement, this position is located in our Administrative Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia or in our Government Relations & Advocacy office in Washington, D. C. It will require approximately 5% travel. 

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Coordinate tithe data management and reporting 
  • Monitor all data systems connected to tithe revenue and stewardship to ensure accurate donor records and reporting 
  • Work with various departments (finance, IT) to create new reports as needed
  • Analyze tithe and related data to identify increased affiliate capacity for international support
  • Generate needed reports for affiliate stewardship and department planning 
  • Work with Affiliate Support Center to ensure excellent customer service
  • Coordinate recognition and stewardship systems to ensure that all Habitat affiliates are appropriately thanked for their gifts and support
  • Work with IT to create required web-based stewardship materials
  • Work with Global Village team to increase impact and number of affiliate Global Village teams and ensure proper attribution for affiliate trip revenue
Educational Background: 
Bachelors Degree
Skills/Experience: 
  • 3 plus years experience in data management/analysis or project management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and attend to details
  • Significant experience and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to learn new software systems
  • Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills
