The Quality Assurance (QA) & Monitoring Specialist will provide technical assistance and data trend analysis to the Quality Assurance Program by providing support to the US Office and affiliate network. This addition to the Operational Excellence Department will report to the Quality Assurance Manager. The position sits in the HFHI Administrative Headquarters in downtown Atlanta, GA.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Create and review reports. Analyzes data trends in QA standards and provides technical assistance to U.S. affiliates.
  • Conduct trainings for staff and affiliates, in person, virtually or by telephone regarding QA and be able to present the rationale for meeting minimum HFHI standards
  • Assist in conducting random verification checks to validate the accuracy of the Quality Assurance Checklist standards.
  • Manage day-to-day technical issues with the Affiliate Support Center (ASC) relating to dissemination and submission of QA documents by affiliates
  • Manage QA compliance data and share results with Sr. QA Specialist Lead and various departments within HFHI
  • Manage and update internal QA process documents, form letters and reports
  • Participate in Operational Excellence projects and pilots
  • Create and revise data reports
  • Update Affiliate Support Center with new affiliate contact information, affiliate name changes, update dissolved/merged affiliates as needed
  • Assist in developing and/or creating technical assistance modules and follow-up processes/procedures
  • Other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Educational Background: 
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Skills/Experience: 
  • 3-5 years work experience supporting the Quality Assurance function
  • Strong proficiency using MS Excel and/or MS Access
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize.
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Evidence of providing effective customer service and using various training techniques to a variety of stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Experience using Salesforce and modifying databases would be ideal
