The Project Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and project coordination support to the staff in the Office of Special Projects and Real Estate Management with an emphasis in the area of financial analysis and tracking along with project management support. The Project Coordinator for Special Projects and Real Estate Management reports to the Vice President of Special Projects. The position is a part of the Enterprise Shared Services department.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Perform administrative managerial duties within the Enterprise Shared Services department as needed.
  • Support the Vice President of Special Projects in execution of the Workplace socialization and strategy. 
  • Support the Vice President of Special Projects in information gathering, compilation and distribution of financial analysis and tabulation of the organizations real estate budget.
  • Participate in project management opportunities for change management and workplace transformation initiatives as required. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Educational Background: 
High School Diploma required. 
Skills/Experience: 
  • College Degree preferred – strong EXCEL and financial modeling desired 
  • Real estate experience a plus 
  • 1 to 3 years related experience required
  • May involve lifting and carrying boxes
  • May involve travel by car or plane to meetings and training
