Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking a data analysis and project management professional to fill the role of Manager - Data Analysis and Reporting (Funding Model Manager) for our Collaborative Operating Model initiative. This role works collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple functions to drive the project management, data analysis and change management process for establishing and implementing a new funding model for Habitat for Humanity in the United States. You will use strong analytical skills to manage large amounts of data and create modeling scenarios. You also possess strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build credible relationships both within HFHI and across the affiliate network. Through this position, you will serve as a change agent, leveraging change management methodologies to design, measure, analyze and improve the strategic transformation of the Habitat for Humanity funding model in the United States.
We prefer to have this position work from our headquarters office in downtown Atlanta, GA. However, we will consider remotely-based employees within the US. Required travel is up to 30%.

To realize this future state, the Collaborative Operating Model is advancing goals to implement a more effective service model and pursue a collaborative resource development model. This position will focus on advancing the funding model, which establishes how funds raised in a collaborative resource development model are used to enhance Habitat for Humanity’s ministry. The funding model includes exploring new approaches to distributing revenue and funding operating expenses for the federation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Analysis and Reporting – Build on existing data and analyses to create statistical models for testing various hypotheses. Succinctly and accurately convey complex information in a compelling manner to internal and external audiences.
- Project Management – Be the driver to lead and collaborate with stakeholders on designing and implementing a new funding model in the United States. Handle the overall coordination of the funding model project.
- Change Management – Leverage analytics, subject matter experts, and stakeholder engagement to realize the intent of a new funding model in the United States.
- 5+ years of related experience with data analysis and project management, including an understanding of business intelligence, data modeling, data analysis processes, and data warehousing.
- Strong understanding of business analysis in support of management decision-making activities.
- Strong analytical, leadership and organization skills.
- Experience leading through influence and driving change by building credible relationships across a network.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and have experience in managing complex data models in Excel and creating PowerPoint presentations to illustrate data.
- Willing and able to travel up to 30%.
