The HRIS Analyst will have significant ownership for driving the successful delivery of systems and process solutions on our HR Systems Roadmap. The position, reporting to the Director, HR Operations, will identify enhancement opportunities in the development of HR technology in addition to partnering with the business and IT teams to execute projects. Responsibilities will also include input to project planning and administration, requirements, creating functional specifications, developing and executing test plans and scripts, and streamlining and improving current processes. The HRIS Analyst will have strategic consultancy skills with proven analytical, project management and relationship building skills.
- UltiPro core system and oversee the rollout, integration, and ongoing application and servicing of the HR system portfolio with an emphasis on the implementation of Performance Management, Succession Planning, e-learning, and Compensation.
- Assist in developing updated delivery standards for HRIS organization, including refined processes to gather business requirements, updated testing strategies, and enhanced business readiness approaches. Recommend plans for continuous process improvements, system enhancements, and new applications to support business strategies and operational needs. Create and maintain system documentation.
- Create and analyze workforce metrics to provide guidance and direction to the organization, partnering with senior management and key stakeholders. Make continual assessments as to what are the right metrics to collect to gain the best insights about the workforce and the impact of both internal and external factors. Develop and maintain key workforce analytic reports and dashboards for the organization. Develop metrics and dashboards based on business strategy and establish checkpoints with functional and executive leadership throughout the enterprise. Manage multiple datasets from various sources to incorporate into analytical and predictive reporting.
- Create UltiPro / HRIS reports and queries to support the business need as it relates to special projects, audits, and routine reporting requests. Advanced proficiency in Excel and advanced reporting tools such as Cognos. Hands on experience with engagement and human capital surveys.
- Monitors develop and maintain interfaces between HRIS system and outside vendors. Works with departments to provide support on interface questions and liaise with vendors when updates are needed. Maintain and audit UDES feed against carrier reporting and processing. May serve as HR department liaison to IT function.
- Provides leadership to ensure HR activities and programs are in compliance with federal and state and agency regulations. Responsible for HR Compliance including AAP creation and reporting. Directs compliance reporting processes including I-9, EEO-1, VETS 4212 and AAP. Responsible for HR audit and compliance strategy.
- Must have previous experience with system analysis, design, and integration. Solid experience working with advanced reporting tools similar to Cognos or related package.
- Must have strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze business needs and recommend system solutions.
- Must have advanced excel skills with deep experience with the ability to perform advanced V-look ups and Pivot tables.
- Must have demonstrated track record developing and delivering technical training courses geared to all user levels and experience.
