Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking a talented professional for the role of Direct Marketing Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support for the $70+ million direct marketing program for HFHI.

The primary focus for the position will be supporting the VP of Direct Marketing (DM) and the entire Direct Marketing team with office/logistical support and managing internal business processes. The DM Coordinator will also serve as a point of contact for external partners/agencies to provide the same excellent logistical support to them and other constituencies. Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and a can do attitude are all critical to success.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Provide exemplary support to the Direct Marketing team, including but not limited to: catering and logistical support for meetings, travel and expense reports, calendar and scheduling for both the Vice President and the Direct Marketing team, correspondence, recording and distribution of team meeting notes, and management of phone inquiries for the department.
  • Point of contact for the Direct Marketing team for internal and external communications including: Disaster Response Team, Learning and Organizational Development, IT, and external agency partners.
  • Ensures follow up on deliverables, integrated efforts, cross-functional communications, and scheduling.
  • Manage internal business processes for the Direct Marketing department, processing contracts, maintaining Direct Marketing Legal Library, maintaining HFHI and Direct Marketing Vendor State Registration, style guide, invoicing and billing, etc.
  • Maintain and update the Direct Marketing SharePoint site, including the Direct Marketing legal library.Oversees site permissions, coordinates external invitations, organizes structure and functionality of the site, and communicates directly with IT on support issues for all users.
  • Manage response to all donor inquiries on behalf of the Direct Marketing team.
  • Coordinates directly with the Partner Service Center for satisfactory resolution, whether it be updated coding within our database or ensuring communication with the donor.
  • Build, revise, and maintain a library of Direct Marketing mail samples to serve as a resource for Offline Direct Marketing programs.
  • Other related duties as assigned by supervisor and the DM team.
Educational Background: 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Skills/Experience: 
  • 1-2 years experience of office and logistical support and supporting internal business processes.
  • Written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service.
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
