This position is responsible for processing fund directly related to Revenue. Identifying, Allocating and Entering of deposits into NetSuite Accounting Software. Assists with maintaining quality data information that will act as an aid in fostering donor relationships and informing decisions related to the daily operations of the foundation at every level.
Areas of Responsibility:
Accounting/Budgeting Systems:
- Knowledge of the NetSuite Accounting Software.
Revenue:
- Responsible for depositing Revenue. Identify, allocate and enter of deposits into NetSuite. Ensure accurate and timely entry of the organization’s deposits, meeting all service level agreements.
Financial Package Management:
- Assists with maintaining quality data information that will act as an aid in fostering donor relationships and informing decisions related to the daily operations of the foundation at every level.
Other Responsibilities:
- Process incoming mail
- Post daily deposits
- Record all cash receipts
- Meet production and quality standards
- Scanning and Filing
Educational Background:
Technical degree, four year college degree or equivalent experience
Skills/Experience:
- 2-4 years experience
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles with focus on Not for Profit accounting application. Statutory requirements of Not for profit governing bodies.
- Knowledge of application of Internal Control functions.
- Professional and personal integrity and leadership.
- Ability to constantly manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to change with a dynamic enviornment and manage stress of the change.
