Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is recruiting for a Sr. Analyst - Global Data, who “loves” data, is detail-oriented, highly productive, computer savvy, and would love to use those gifts to make a difference in the world.

The position is based at HFHI’s administrative headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

Key responsibilities:
  • This position collects, analyzes and reports on the principle HFH programmatic datasets for US and global operations.
  • Collect, synthesize, update, analyze and provide visualization of data needed by Board, HQ departments, area offices, national offices, branches, affiliates, SSOs, and HFHI divisions.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of global primary (HFHI internal) and secondary (public) data.
  • Prepare board/management/program reports monthly, quarterly and annual and ad hoc, turning results into actionable insights.
  • Assist in designing, developing and maintaining new survey tools and reports.
  • Provide Geographic Information Systems (GIS) analysis.
  • Organize, manage and refresh the shared files and documentation for the stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4 years minimum related work experience
  • Identifies deeply with the Habitat for Humanity mission
  • Computer aptitude - expert level in Excel; proficient in SurveyGizmo or online survey tools; Microsoft Office Suite; familiar with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) systems; ability to learn new software solutions.
  • Ability to interface with, provide excellent services and collaborate with middle management and staff in HFHI and the broader HFH global network.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic mindset and skills.
  • Familiar with Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Quality and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work with confidential information and on tight deadlines.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills are needed.
Preferred:
  • ESRI ArcGIS or other Geographic Information Systems (GIS) programs
  • Tableau and other data visualization solutions
  • SQL programming
Beneficial but not required:
Python, R, Visual Basic
