To meet the data entry responsibilities in a processing center environment. The position can assist various personnel across the foundation with typing and data entry, and will provide assistance onsite at the processing center.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Data Management: Perform basic operational data entry tasks in FRED, CRM and Greater Giving to support fundraising events and field operations, to include, but not limited to, the following – revenue batch entry, batch commitment, expected matching gift entry, event setup, edit event appeals, move money requests, committee setup and maintenance requests.
- Clear Communication: Respond to email requests for assistance with data entry. Detail-oriented in clarifying what is needed in order for data entry to be complete.
- Other duties as required: Perform other related duties as assigned.
Educational Background:
High School diploma, Associate or Technical degree or equivalent.
Skills/Experience:
- 2 - 3 years of directly related data entry and CRM experience.
- Thorough working knowledge of e-mail and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to use a printer, copier, telephone and fax machine.
- Must successfully complete a credit and criminal background check.
