The purpose of this job is to provide direction to the scale-up of Supportive Pregnancy Care nationwide, by leading a team focused on implementation, quality assurance, and program evaluation.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Provide supervision to the Manager of Supportive Pregnancy Care and the Research Analyst focused on SPC data collection and analysis
- Serve as primary point of contact with specific funders and customers, including the State of TN; UnitedHealthcare Ohio; UnitedHealthcare Texas; and UnitedHealthcare Arizona
- Plan and conduct in-person or virtual training for MOD staff, third-party trainers, clinical site staff
- Manage SPC website
- Maintain documents, videos, respond to emails
- Back office—manage system for purchase of SPC products
- Work with MarComm to develop and implement marketing plan to health care providers, health systems, payers
- Work with MarComm to provide marketing support to sites
- Provide templates to recruit patients and publicize within the community
- Assist in prepping MOD staff to talk with local media
- Lead the creation of additional content: expand Session Guide, compile more icebreakers, activity ideas, improve upon training, etc.
- Assist with funding proposals
Educational Background:
Four year college degree or equivalent experience
Skills/Experience:
- 5-7 years experience
- Volunteer and project management experience
- Knowledge of change management in health care systems, how obstetrical care works in terms of proces flow, payment and policy
