This position will provide high–caliber and timely administrative support and coordination for members of our Senior leadership team in order to ensure maximum mission effectiveness and business continuity. This position handles details of a highly confidential nature and will provide back-up support to the President’s Office, when needed.
- National Board of Trustees administrative management, including but not limited to: maintaining updated data in the constituent relationship management database, material support for quarterly board meetings, stewardship coordination
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, make travel arrangements, maintain chapter Executive’s calendar, and assist with the coordination of fundraising events
- Manage contract workflow, including both internal and external aspects (contract review, working with contract templates, administering internal contract process and contracts tools / processes, and assisting with signatures, filings, etc.)
- Assist with review, routing, and filing of legal documentation
- Help with general project management, specifically ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Perform miscellaneous office duties such as answering phones, photocopying, process incoming and outgoing mail, etc.
- 3 to 7 years administrative support experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite required – primarily Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with One Note and Teams would be a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and manage (and juggle, as needed) multiple, simultaneous projects and assignments.
- Strong ability to work independently and within a team environment, resourceful, organized, self-starter with excellent relationship building skills.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, diplomatic and adaptable to changing situations and priorities.
- Experience with contract administration or paralegal experience would be a plus.
- Experience in reviewing legal terms or agreements would be a plus.
