The Manager of CRM Data Management is responsible for developing, reporting and providing accurate and actionable business intelligence which will guide the organization through decision making. They are also responsible to business processes to help ensure 100% data capture for analytics. These will drive higher revenue performance and improved constituent relationships and provide critical business information to internal managers to track and improve progress.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Responsible for analysis and reporting on all data maintained on the organization’s internal and external systems and databases, i.e.: CRM platform, Fred, etc.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely analytics based on extensive use of data, statistical and quantitative analysis
  • Manage specific analytics based on individual program and channel needs, including constituent acquisition, retention, defection and constituent service satisfaction levels. 
  • Evaluate trends, year-over-year results and provide analysis to enable accurate projections and drive strategic decisions about segmentation critical to CRM. 
  • Responsible for business process support for assigned revenue area(s) to ensure 100% data capture for analytics and revenue goal attainment. 
  • Manage implementation of marketing strategies within the realm of database-driven communications
  • Provide targeted lists of constituents to support program and channel objectives using campaign systems (i.e. CRM, , etc.). 
  • Partner with functional managers on end-to-end execution
  • Participate in on-going development and modifications of CRM and related platforms assuring that CRM analytics will enable MOD to segment constituents and determine the effectiveness of business processes and marketing programs
Educational Background: 
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Skills/Experience: 
  • 3 plus years of CRM systems and project management experience
  • Ability to communicate complex analytics to actionable strategies and tactics
  • Advanced Excel skills and statistical analysis
  • Attention to detail 
  • Communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
