Areas of Responsibility: 

We are currently hiring a Director of Individualized Community Services, to work in our Catholic Charities Disabilities Services agency.  As the Director of Individualized Community Services, you would be responsible for: 

  • Focus on the overall daily operations of all community programs and adherence to all state and agency standards.
  • Overseeing the daily operations and oversight of management staff.
  • This position is multi-faceted.  In addition to the specific responsibilities associated with the Individualized Community Services department, the Director has responsibilities in the areas of Human Resources, Quality Assurance/Corporate Compliance, Staff Development and Training and Finance.
  • The Director is expected to be a key contributor not only to developing department policies and procedures related to the above area but also to contribute to overall agency systems and procedures.
Educational Background: 
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field is required; Master’s Degree is preferred.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Valid NYS Driver’s License
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field is required; Master’s Degree is preferred. See below for details:
    • Bachelor’s degree and three years’ experience providing case management/service coordination for individuals with disabilities
    • Master’s degree and one year experience of case management providing case management/service coordination for individuals with disabilities

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience

Compensation/Benefits: 

Director of Individualized Community Services Minimum Salary: $67,558.40/year

Director of Individualized Community Services Maximum Salary: $69,243.20/year

Director of Individualized Community Services Schedule: M-F, 8:30am – 5pm, also must be flexible to meet the needs of the program
