Position is Full-time Hourly 30 hours weekly
Requires occasional evening and Weekend hours
Areas of Responsibility:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director.
- Handles confidential correspondence and exercises a high degree of discretion.
- Assist the Executive Director with planning and organizing the internal operation of the organization and scheduling meetings.
- Assist Executive Director with office management and physical needs (office supplies, equipment replacement, quotes, etc.)
- Security liaison for staff/ facility issues including procedures admitting guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of United Way operations and functions.
Educational Background:
Associate Degree or 3-5 years experience in a related field with experience working with volunteers desirable

Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in maintaining confidential information and demonstrating discretion
- Proficiency with office computer technology and job-related application software.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work occasional evening and weekend hours
