Individual in this position will be responsible for transporting individuals with disabilities to and from program and work sites. Assists individuals with entering and exiting van as well as during emergency situations Performs external maintenance check daily on van and reports to supervisor any needed maintenance. May be required to learn additional van routes in order to provide coverage during absences and vacations.
Educational Background:
High School diploma or equivalent
Skills/Experience:
Minimum qualifications include:
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license & automobile insurance & a good driving record
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience transporting passengers
