Administrative Coordinator - Health Center Operations

Planned Parenthood of Northern New England (PPNNE) is seeking a qualified candidate for a 30 hr/wk Administrative Coordinator position for our Health Center Operations Team, based out of Portland, ME. The Administrative Coordinator will provide assistance to the VP of Health Center Operations as well as facilitating communication and providing support across other departments and programs with regards to Training, Medical Services, Innovations, Government Grants, Facilities and Security.

Areas of Responsibility: 

Other duties include creating & updating documents for our health centers, running reports & pulling data for analysis, maintaining public & internal websites and scheduling & coordinating logistics for meetings, trainings and travel.

Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s Degree plus 1-2 years relevant experience, flexibility, initiative, creative thinking and a willingness to learn.
Skills/Experience: 

Ideal candidates will have strong multi-tasking skills, have the ability to work collaboratively & independently prepping for presentations as well as other administrative duties which would require experience with Microsoft PowerPoint & Microsoft Excel.
