We are looking for a highly skilled, energetic and collaborative Website Specialist to join our team to drive revenue, awareness, and User Experience (UX) improvements for the Foundation.
The person will manage the Foundation’s WordPress-based website, providing oversight of the site through project management, KPI tracking & actions, production reviews, identification and remediation of underperforming pages, and content editing & deployment. As an integral member of the Marketing and Communications team within the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation, responsibilities will include optimizing conversion rates, reporting on website trends and action plans, developing production workflows, and implementing new tools, technologies and plugins. Seeking a team player with excellent project management skills and a willingness to stay abreast on current trends involving UX, web development and web technologies. Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 7 + years of experience in related specialty.
- Knowledge and experience working with a variety of computer software (WordPress, UX)
- Self-motivated with a desire to exceed objectives.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate occasional night and weekend activities.
- Excellent organizational abilities with acute attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional manner with a positive disposition.
