We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our GROWING team. This new role will help us fulfill our mission by building capacity for our programs and managing logistics and the administrative day-to-day. The Executive Assistant will report directly to the Executive Director and will coordinate with community organizations, theaters, and actors. This role requires strong communication skills, self-motivation, and interest in developing an understanding of this complicated public health issue. 10 – 15 hours a week to start. Administrative Support:
- General administrative office support: financial tracking, contracts, deposits, invoices, organization…etc.
Communications:
- Updating website
- Social media updates
Outreach and Coordination:
- Assisting Executive Director on projects (research, organization, logistics)
- Schedule and maintain Executive Director’s calendar and travel
- Coordinating events (annual gala, educational events, board meetings)
- Booking tours
Funding Development:
- Research grants and RFPs
- Correspondence (donors, grantmakers, collaborators)
- Organized
- Self-starter/independent
- Troubleshooting
- Proactive
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer and online proficiency (Excel, Word, QuickBooks, Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Square Space, adobe a plus!)

- 2+ years experience in non-profit
- Ideally a personal connection to addiction or the opioid crisis

$25 an hour, 10-15hrs a week to start
