Therapeutic Recreation / Fitness Teacher (Center for Training and Wellness)

Responsible for the development, organization and implementation of an interactive/adaptive curriculum for the Therapeutic Recreation & Fitness program that provides an active, encouraging, supportive, and positive learning environment. Will asses each individual’s current overall health and fitness wellness and will develop and monitor a series of obtainable and measurable goals and objectives for each person served and report outcomes. Regularly communicates verbally and in written form with adults served, families, Easterseals staff, coworkers, and with other persons interested in the program.
