The Data and Compliance Manager, under the direction of the Director of Accountability and Strategic Impact, will help UWSWVA build its capacity to collect, present, and analyze data and information on a regional level. The Data and Compliance Manager will help advance the alignment of the organization’s work contributing to the success of workforce preparation by aiding in defining performance measurement that contributes to “moving the dial” on community level indicators.
The Data and Compliance Manager will assist the Director of Accountability and Strategic Impact with research and analytical projects conducted in support of the organization's goals and objectives. The Data and Compliance Manager will use software and technology to exchange, merge, summarize, and present data using evaluation best practices. The Data and Compliance Manager will perform regular data extraction, manipulation, analysis, and interpretation of results.
The Data and Compliance Manager will conduct periodic audits of all UWSWVA grants to assess financial and work plan compliance. The Data and Compliance Manager must have deep financial acumen, a strong track record of success, robust collaboration and problem-solving skills and will provide seasoned guidance on compliance issues as well as key financial and operational best practices.
