Responsible for developing, following, organizing, and implementing an interactive/adaptive curriculum for the Literacy/Library training area that provides an active, encouraging, supportive, and positive learning environment. Will assess each individual’s current overall Literacy/Library skills and will assist with the development and monitoring of a series of obtainable and measurable goals and objectives for each person served and report outcomes. Regularly communicates verbally and in written form with adults served, families, Easterseals staff, coworkers, and with other persons interested in the programs.
Qualifications:College degree and experience; Teacher license preferred.
