Community Specialists support people with disabilities in a variety of community activities such as volunteering, recreational opportunities and career preferences.  Community Specialists assist in the development of meaningful social and job connections in the lives of individuals with disabilities. 

Qualifications:

A High School Diploma and at least one year experience supporting people with disabilities along with the ability to work in various community settings is required.  You must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Additional Notes:A valid driver's license, use of personal vehicle and appropriate insurance (required to transport individuals in the community) are required. Mileage is reimbursed and benefits available after 3 months.
