Central Ohio continues to have high poverty despite record low unemployment rates. Many hardworking families are not benefiting from the strong economy. In fact, one-third of all Franklin County residents cannot meet their basic needs.
United Way of Central Ohio is focused on fighting poverty by investing in the most effective partners that get results. This network of more than 80 local partners provide opportunities in four critical areas: Basic Needs, Good Jobs, Strong Neighborhoods and Student Success.
Responsible for information management and technology of the organization. Leads staff from various departments to provide customer support, training and updating of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM software, ANDAR (donor database) and Salesforce Philanthropy Cloud (SPC); monitor end-user systems usage and assist staff in developing relevant reports from stored data. Primary interface with third-party technology providers. Serves as the official Security Officer for the organization.
