UWCW seeks our next President/CEO

An exciting opportunity to lead the organization to address poverty, advance racial equity and foster systemic and sustainable change for kids and families in our region.

At United Way of the Columbia-Willamette (UWCW), we've been bringing the community together to do good for nearly 100 years. Our mission is ambitious, yet simple: Invest in our region's kids so they are free from poverty and free to reach their potential.

Addressing the root causes of poverty is our priority. In doing so, we put racial equity at the center of our work bevcause research shows that kids and families of color face social and economic disparities that deter the progress of our community as a whole. We work with organizations in our region to address these disparities and strive to create a more equitable region that benefits everyone - and our next President/CEO will lead the charge in these endeavors.
