Responsible for managing and implementing one large fundraising campaign in support of LLS’ mission, and to achieve and exceed revenue goals for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) within the region and/or chapter's chartered area.
- Responsible for $500,000 in fundraising for the Chapter for the Team In Training program.
- Develop and build a pipeline to recruit new business– through individual, community or corporate team opportunities.
- Recruit and manage a volunteer committee to support the plan to achieve the number for both the fundraising goal and participant goal.
- Manage a portfolio of top fundraising individuals ($10k+) and provide fundraising strategies and support to ensure optimal levels of success and retention
- Work with the virtual support team to ensure consistent messaging and volunteer experience.
- Develop and manage a team of volunteers to structure training seasons and coaching staff.
- Provide input into the development of a strategic plan for the fundraising campaign, including fundraising goals, budget recommendations, vendors, volunteer goals, and timelines.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the on-going fundraising campaign including fundraising efficiency (cost/expense), community engagement, event satisfaction, and overall success of the campaign.
- Connect with vendors to secure the best rate or donation of services needed for the campaign(s).
- Maintain a working knowledge of the LLS's mission and programs to promote the Society's fundraising, research, and patient initiatives.

- 4 years fundraising, sales, marketing, communications, event planning experience
