Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) seeks a dynamic and effective Coordinator, Digital Fundraising and Supporter Engagement will provide administrative support to the team and play an integral role in ensuring the department functions smoothly on a day‐to‐day basis. 

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Oversees quality assurance process for all outbound emails and other online pieces, including coordinating input from other team members, performing close copy read, reviewing back-end production, meticulously ensuring error-free content, and other testing duties as needed.
  • Assists with technical implementation of the Digital Innovation and national online programs within the e-CRM platforms, including introduction to HTML/CSS coding for campaigns and quality assurance testing. Clones and makes updates to forms and other digital assets as needed.
  • Serves as Digital Innovation team administrative resource taking team meeting notes, setting up meetings with relevant tools, maintaining digital filing systems and department calendars,, creating documentation as needed.
  • Serves as scheduler for Director, Digital Supporter Engagement & Innovation. Help coordinate and organize meetings, check-ins, and protect time for prioritized work blocks.
  • Takes notes when requested.
  • Helps perform day-to-day data operations of the team, including query support.
  • Responsible for monthly, weekly and other affiliate donation reports, list reports, and fielding affiliate inquiries and requests about reporting and revenue sharing.
  • Troubleshoots reporting issues with Data Manager and other team members.
  • Assists Data Manager with database and reporting as needed cross-departmental database and reporting projects as needed.
  • Liaison with Finance including: PPOL quarterly distributions and adjustments, invoices, and accruals.
  • Completes special projects and duties as assigned and required.
  • Responsible for administrative and program support for the Digital Innovations & Digital Fundraising and Supporter Engagement teams, ensuring meticulous reporting and assisting in the maintenance of the teams’ day-to-day operations.
  • Other duties as assigned. 
Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s degree or experience/education in related field is required.
Skills/Experience: 

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

  • 1-3 years of related work experience.
  • Must have precise attention to detail; excellent organizational skills, high accountability/reliability, strong quantitative skills; intermediate knowledge of MS Excel; computer proficiency/Internet expediency; ability to complete multiple tasks with poise and confidence; ability to meet strict deadlines with 100% follow-through. 

PERSONAL QUALITIES /OTHER ATTRIBUTES

  • Experience with NGP/VAN preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with a multicultural workforce and sensitivity and appreciation of different perspectives and backgrounds.
